Qualifications

• 2+ years of collections experience in healthcare

Responsibilities

• Follow up on outstanding patient accounts in a timely manner
• Communicate with patients, insurers, and third-party payers to resolve billing issues
• Review accounts receivable reports to identify trends and corrective actions
• Use billing software/EMR systems to track payments and update records
• Collaborate with billing team to streamline processes and improve revenue cycle performance
