• 1+ years of experience in a medical setting.
• Knowledge of health insurance and registration preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle pre-registration, insurance verification, authorization and pre-certification.
• Perform financial clearance activities and advise patients on financial responsibility.
• Coordinate referrals to Hospital Financial Counselors for uninsured/underinsured patients.
• Gather and record demographic, confidential clinical and financial information for treatment authorizations and insurance eligibility.
