Responsibilities

• Coordinate insurance clearance for scheduled and non-scheduled appointments.
• Verify eligibility, benefits, referrals and authorizations as needed.
• Research appointments to identify services and applicable codes.
• Assist patients with self-pay options and payment plan discussions.
• Follow up on Medicaid decisions and reconciliation of accounts.
