You will post payments, balance cash, and contribute to accurate billing in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal and communication skills, multitask well, and are proficient with standard office software to support providers and patients across our clinics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of patient financial services or insurance processes.
• Ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with common office software (Word, Excel, databases).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow by answering phones, scheduling, and registering patients.
• Verify insurance, obtain referrals/authorizations, and explain payment policies.
• Post payments and balance cash at day end, assist with deposits.
• Schedule visits, manage risk of payor plan provisions, and prepare patients.
• Provide excellent customer service and protect patient privacy.
