Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Greet patients, families and visitors arriving at the hospital. Works closely with volunteers to ensure that the patient's, families and visitors needs are met. Directs the escorting of the patients, families and visitors by the volunteers throughout the hospital. Information provider for patients, families and visitors.
