Join our team as a Part-Time Patient & Family Concierge!

UPMC Children's Hospital is currently seeking a Part-Time Patient & Family Concierge (PFC) for our Emergency Department. Rotating, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts will be required. The final candidate will be placed in the appropriate title and pay rate based on experience and education. The starting rate of pay for a PFC is $19.00/hr.

The PFC is responsible for providing generalized, compassionate service and support to patients, families, and visitors during their stay within the hospital. The Emergency Department PFC will be primarily focused on administrative tasks, including answering the phone, answering questions, stocking patient rooms and supply areas, and serving as the primary point of contact at the front desk.

Primary Responsibilities:
