Responsibilities

• Destination Coordination: greet and escort patients and families, provide directions, share visiting hours, manage parking passes, and track patient belongings.
• Environmental Services: clean areas, manage supplies, make beds, and report maintenance needs.
• Dietary Services: assemble meals per diet orders, ensure food safety, and deliver trays.
• Transportation Services: transport patients and equipment, log activities, and coordinate with units.
• Telehealth Cart Retrieval and Setup: retrieve cart, set up for telehealth, test weekly, decontaminate after use.
• Supply & Equipment Management: order, organize, stock supplies and equipment across units.
• General: answer phones, respond to call lights, assist with mobility and care plans, follow infection control rules.
