Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly at check-in and collect necessary paperwork.
• Collect copays and record intake information accurately.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and route questions to clinicians as needed.
• Upload documents to the EHR system and handle incoming faxes properly.
• Respond calmly to healthcare crises and involve supervisors when needed.
• Promote clinic events and community health activities.
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance at all times.
