Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years related experience.
- Registered Nurse (RN) preferred.
- CMS CAHPS knowledge and statistical concepts preferred.
- Knowledge of patient experience best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop department-specific patient surveys.
- Identify trends in complaints and refer quality issues to leadership.
- Train staff on Patient Experience.
- Facilitate strategic and operational changes to improve patient experience.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive decision-making and long-term goals.
- Translate key strategic priorities into comprehensive plans and processes.
- Manage Patient Experience program and monitor outcomes.
