Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in consulting, PM, data analytics, operations or related field OR Master's with 6+ years in related field OR 10+ years in related field without advanced degree.
• Experience in driving business initiatives and improving patient experiences is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional stakeholders to drive implementation of business initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies and systems to reach future state objectives.
• Manage complex projects, lead change management, and monitor performance impact.
• Provide analysis and reporting to executive audiences and vendors as needed.
