Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a friendly Medical Office Receptionist for the Dallas Medical Physician Group– Mesquite location to warmly greet patients, manage front-desk duties, and direct calls and appointments.

The role requires a High School Diploma (or equivalent), prior medical office experience preferred, and BLS certification. It is a full-time, day-shift position with benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous medical office receptionist experience preferred.
• BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• Greetpatients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
• Answer incoming calls and direct patients, providers, and staff appropriately
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments following provider protocols
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other payments according to company policy
• Assistwith paperwork, front office tasks, and other duties or specialprojects asassigned
