This position is responsible for providing administrative support, managing patient flow, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming front desk experience. Ideal candidates are organized, punctual, and have a passion for helping others in a healthcare setting.

Greet and check in patients in a professional and courteous manner; Answer multi-line phones and direct calls appropriately; Schedule and confirm appointments using electronic medical records (EMR); Verify insurance information and collect co-pays or balances; Enter and update patient information accurately into the system; Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area; Assist with filing, faxing, scanning, and other clerical tasks as needed; Ensure patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

Physical Requirements
