Amen Clinics is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to support the Clinic Director and psychiatrists with administrative and operational tasks, ensuring a smooth and professional patient experience. Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college coursework or certifications preferred.
• Medical Assistant Certificate or Associate's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets, checks-in and checks-out patients
• Handles new and existing patient inquiries
• Ensures patient EMR and correspondence are up-to-date in the EMR system
• Collects and posts patient payments
• Answers calls and emails; relays information and messages
• Schedules, reschedules and cancels patient appointments
• Provides support to assigned doctor and other PCCs as needed
• Provides supplement and nutraceutical information to patients
• Respects HIPAA/HITECH confidentiality
