• Qualifications: Dental front-office, scheduling, or treatment coordination experience required.
• Experience with CareStack or similar software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the patient experience and schedule coordination.
• Own doctor and hygiene schedules and help meet daily production goals.
• Manage hygiene recall & retention and present treatment plans clearly.
• Coordinate treatment with the Financial Coordinator and keep records up to date.
