Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.

• 5+ years of experience in clinical healthcare and/or patient experience domain.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Empathic communication and listening.
• Knowledge of healthcare environment and inpatient/outpatient care.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and oversee Patient Experience projects and training programs aligned with institutional goals.
• Direct performance improvement projects to improve patient experience measures.
• Compile and organize data on training impact and clinician performance.
• Lead and manage project team meetings as directed by leadership.
• Coordinate RCC courses and schedules under supervision.
• Manage fiscal planning and budget for the team.
• Assist with on-site coordination of trainings and courses.
