Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Patient Experience Manager 3 to lead daily operations for our food team at HMH Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune City, New Jersey. The role focuses on advancing patient-centered care, service excellence, and continuous quality improvement across the healthcare enterprise.

You will round with patients, collaborate with nursing and clinical leaders, monitor KPIs, conduct staff coaching, and drive safety and exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3 years of related experience in patient experience roles.
• Experience with patient satisfaction tools and feedback systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient experience initiatives and service excellence across the healthcare enterprise.
• Round with patients to gather experience data and coordinate with clinical teams.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct staff audits, and coach teams on safety and quality.
• Drive improvements using data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
