Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of project management and/or change management experience.
• In-depth knowledge and experience of Health Systems.
• Demonstrated project and time management, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to build trusting relationships and lead through influence.
• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Be present and focus on addressing one patient at a time with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive patient experience improvement initiatives with leadership partners.
• Coach providers, leaders and staff to create exceptional experiences.
• Analyze patient experience data and communicate insights for action.
• Deploy patient voice forums and integrate feedback across operations.
• Collaborate with service line leaders and data analysts on recommendations.
• Keep current on industry best practices and share knowledge externally.
