Job summary

Qualifications

• English fluency; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support system-wide patient and visitor experience initiatives with focus on complaints and grievances.
• Review and escalate complaints to appropriate teams for timely resolution.
• Assist with service recovery, de-escalation, and communication with patients and families.
• Maintain documentation and data entry in Patient Relations software for trend analysis.
• Collaborate with leadership and other departments to improve patient safety and satisfaction.
