WS Audiology USA's HearUSA seeks a Client Experience Specialist in Alexandria, VA to ensure clients’ needs are met with friendly, professional service and manage a well-organized appointment schedule.

You will maintain charts, handle welcome calls, oversee clinic schedules, assist with basic hearing aid care, and stay current on HearUSA products and promotions. Pays: $19/hr, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service and office administration.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to establish and maintain a professional rapport with clients and co-workers.
• Proficiency with computers including scheduling software and MS Office.
• Strong multi-tasking, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client charts and ensure information is up to date.
• Prioritize welcome and confirmation calls and provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Manage clinic schedule to ensure efficient patient care for appointments and walk-ins.
• Enter stock and orders, perform weekly inventory audit.
• Maintain records of cash and deposits and complete end-of-day reports.
