You will advocate for patients' rights, mediate concerns, educate families on hospital policies, and analyze feedback to drive service improvements. Hybrid work arrangement with day shifts at 75 Francis Street.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Social Work, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in patient relations/advocacy preferred.
• Can accept experience in lieu of degree.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for patients and families, addressing inquiries and feedback.
• Provide emotional support and guidance during challenging situations.
• Advocate for patients' rights and ensure their voices are heard in care decisions.
• Mediate and resolve concerns or complaints promptly and empathetically.
• Gather and analyze patient feedback to identify care improvements.
• Educate patients about hospital policies and available resources.
• Maintain confidentiality and organize records of concerns and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and hospital policies.
