Job summary

Javara in the United States seeks a clinical operations professional to enhance the patient experience while upholding safety and regulatory standards. You will deliver exceptional service to patients, participants, investigators, sponsors, and vendors, and support enrollment strategies to reach study goals.

Coordinate patient visits, collect data, ensure source data integrity in CTMS and EDC, assist with informed consent, and maintain up-to-date study documentation.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients, participants, investigators, sponsors and vendors.
• Support enrollment goals by contributing to enrollment strategies and building relationships with local patient populations.
• Assist in strengthening efficient working relationships with colleagues, patients, investigators and other partners.
• Ensure data integrity and proper recording of patient visit data within source systems (CTMS/EDC) and complete sponsor case report forms.
• Assist with conducting and documenting informed consent and maintaining up-to-date study documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule patient visits and perform visits per protocols.

Education

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience highly beneficial.
