Qualifications

• Some training or experience in using multi-line phones and computers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival and departure.
• Answering telephones and scheduling appointments.
• Maintain appointment book and follow up on no-shows.
• Register patients and maintain chart filling.
• Handle cash and maintain a clean waiting area.
• Support marketing initiatives and other duties as assigned.
