UF Health Shands seeks a Patient Experience Advocate to proactively enhance the patient experience. You will investigate concerns, document outcomes, and report findings to leadership while promoting clear communication between patients and caregivers.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, customer service excellence, and collaboration with care teams to implement improvements across the hospital in Florida.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate, resolve, document, and report patient, family, and visitor compliments, complaints, and grievances
• Support and enhance patient experience initiatives within UF Health Shands
• Serve as a resource and mediator for dispute resolution and policy input
• Assist in communicating improvements to leadership and care teams
