UF Health Leesburg is seeking a Patient Experience Advocate to enhance the patient journey by proactively addressing concerns from patients and families. You will investigate, resolve, document and report compliments, complaints and grievances, and serve as a trusted resource for dispute resolution.

You will develop and participate in patient experience initiatives, provide input to unit managers on policy and practice changes, and promote effective communication between patients and caregivers.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business or related field required.
• Five years of verifiable experience as a Patient Advocate in an academic health center may substitute for the degree.
• Strong customer service and confidentiality skills are essential.
