Sodexo is hiring a Patient Ambassador at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. This on-call, part-time role focuses on welcoming patients and supporting nutritional care, with shifts that vary and interview-provided details. Compensation is $18.22 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for development.

You’ll be a warm and responsive presence, assisting with menu selection, meal delivery, order processing, and patient surveys while collaborating closely with care teams.

• No previous work experience required.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable and nurturing a healthy/safe working environment.

Mansioni

• Provide nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection and patient meal delivery with direct patient contact.
• Receive and process phone orders.
• Identify patients who have not ordered meals with tray tracking assistance.
• Make meal rounds and collect survey information for Sodexo leadership.
• Attend work and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
• Other duties may be assigned per account requirements.
