You will welcome customers and be an ambassador for service, delivering friendly interactions in person, by email, or by phone. • 0-2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• May work in either food or facilities operation.
• Handle customer service interactions through face-to-face, email or telephone communications.
• Record and document client interactions for management follow-up.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts based on business needs.
