Sodexo is hiring a Patient Ambassador at Lovelace Westside Hospital in Albuquerque for full-time, weekdays shifts. Pay range is $17.00–$19.72 per hour. You will greet patients, assist with menu selections, deliver meals, take phone orders, and track meal orders while supporting leadership with survey data.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection
• Providing patient meal delivery and patient set-up with direct patient contact
• Receive and process phone orders
• Identifying patients who have not ordered meals with the assistance of the tray tracking system
• Make meal rounds and collect survey information and relay pertinent information to Sodexo leadership
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
