Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, check in/out efficiently.
• Answer multi-line phone systems professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Assist Nurse Practitioners with injectable treatments as directed.
• Perform general clerical duties: scanning, filing, faxing, mail handling, payments and enrollment in rewards programs.
• Maintain clean, organized treatment areas and stock clinical supplies.
• Uphold safety, hygiene, infection-control and confidentiality standards.
