Qualifications

• Two years of healthcare experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for patients and families, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide clear and empathetic verbal and written communication to patients, ensuring they understand their rights and responsibilities.
• Complaint mediation and resolution with thorough investigations of complaints and grievances.
• Monitor feedback and relay information to leadership and patient experience teams to improve the overall patient experience.
• Educate patients about available resources, services, and support programs.
• Assist patients in navigating the healthcare system and obtaining necessary information.
• Assist in writing policies and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and detailed grievance records.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to address patient needs.
• Work with risk and legal departments to address grievances timely.
• Advocate for patients from diverse backgrounds.
