Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, nursing, business, or related field.
• Five (5) years of Healthcare experience.
• Master’s degree preferred; experience with project management and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of daily operations for Guest Relations and Patient Advocate.
• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate services including policy development and process improvement.
• Oversee patient rights and responsibilities to meet accrediting and regulatory requirements.
• Lead patient experience improvement initiatives and project management for improvements.
