Qualifications

• Supervise a team providing portering, cleaning and site services.
• Deliver high standards of patient environment services across facilities.
• Provide training and development to Patient Environment Service Assistants.
• Carry out administrative duties and attend meetings as required.
• Plan rotas and cover sickness within budget.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate staff across portering, domestic cleaning and site services.
• Ensure adherence to National Cleaning Standards and Trust policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients, staff and public.
• Communicate effectively with hospital staff and other stakeholders.
• Arrange rotas, holidays, and cover for sickness within financial constraints.
• Utilise approved cleaning materials per manufacturer specs and COSHH data sheets.
