Talent is seeking a Patient Enrollment Manager to serve as an embedded presence at partner clinics across the area. You will engage prospective patients, explain the program, and guide them through enrollment, working directly with care teams to ensure a smooth patient journey.

This role requires being on-site and traveling to multiple clinics, with an emphasis on patient education, care navigation, and building trust in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on clinical or patient-facing background, e.g., nurse, PT, PTA, MA, health coach, or similar.
• Comfortable in clinical environments: exam rooms, care teams, direct patient conversations.
• Experience in patient education, care navigation, or health coaching is a plus.

A Series A digital health startup is partnering with our team to find a Patient Enrollment Manager for their growing field operation. Their evidence-based program uses behavioral health therapies to help patients address the root causes of chronic pain — and you'll be on the front lines of that mission.

This role requires being on-site at their partner clinic + travel around the area required as well.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as an embedded presence at one or more partner clinic locations
• Engage prospective patients, introduce the program, and guide them through enrollment
• Educate clinic staff and support new partner sites as the program scales
• Collaborate with care teams (MDs, PTs, MAs) to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and enrollments

What They're Looking For:

• Hands-on clinical or patient-facing background — nurse, PT, PTA, MA, health coach, or similar
• At ease in clinical environments: exam rooms, care teams, direct patient conversations
• Experience in patient education, care navigation, or health coaching a strong plus
• Familiarity with chronic pain or behavioral health a bonus
• Natural communicator who builds trust quickly
• Self-directed, organized, comfortable with travel, and energized by a fast-moving startup
