Qualifications

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Initiate phone contact with potential study participants from various lead sources
  2. Conduct pre-screening interviews to determine eligibility for clinical studies
  3. Provide detailed information to patients regarding study criteria and logistics
  4. Schedule onsite screening visits for eligible patients in accordance with guidelines
  5. Maintain accurate records in the CTMS database and ensure compliance with regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required; professional medical certification or degree preferred
  2. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or public-facing role
  3. Previous experience as a medical assistant, nurse, or EMT strongly preferred
  4. Strong communication skills with attention to detail and clarity
  5. Ability to learn and utilize new software and technology effectively

  1. Experience in clinical research, healthcare, or familiarity with medical terminology
  2. Proven track record of success in customer service or related industries
  3. Ability to communicate complex information simply to the public
