Job summary

Cedar Grove Recovery in Kentucky is seeking a Lead Patient Engagement Specialist. You will supervise patient engagement specialists, coordinate daily work schedules, monitor productivity, and ensure proper documentation to support recovery efforts.

You will also facilitate light fitness classes and enrichment activities, collaborate with clinical staff, and help maintain a safe, clean facility while supporting ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Crisis Intervention Training preferred.
• Strong de-escalation and harm prevention skills.
• Ability to stay calm in stressful or high-risk situations.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Comfortable managing conflicts and enforcing policies.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all patient engagement specialists.
• Provide training for new patient engagement specialists.
• Create and manage daily work schedules for specialists.
• Monitor productivity and ensure adequate coverage.
• Track engagement processes and provide feedback.
• Ensure proper documentation by specialists.
• Lead monthly staff meetings.
• Schedule transportation for patients.
• Ensure day-to-day facility cleanliness is maintained.
• Lead community meetings to discuss treatment aspects.
