Job summary

Savista is seeking a Supervisor of Patient Eligibility to lead a team delivering accurate eligibility services essential to revenue cycle performance. The role balances patient screening with leadership responsibilities and requires coordination with senior leadership across multiple onsite facilities.

You will drive workflow efficiency, coach staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while traveling to support various sites within the service area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare eligibility, financial counseling, or case management.
• 2+ years in people management overseeing team sizes of 5-10 people.

Responsibilities

• Lead two major clients in the Reno region, managing $600k+ in revenue.
• Oversee client SLAs, quality, and performance targets.
• Coach the eligibility team and monitor KPI metrics.
• Travel regularly to facilities within the service area.
