Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced eligibility screening in-person, including bedside visits.
• Facilitate applications for Medicaid, Medicare, disability, charity care and other programs.
• Act as liaison between patients, hospital staff, and government agencies to establish eligibility and fund coverage.
• Perform advanced follow-up to ensure applications are complete and processed.
• Manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines; explain funding options to patients.
