Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong React and React Native experience with production apps.
• Comfortable reading, writing, and debugging Python backend code; you're not blocked by an API task
• Experience with web frameworks
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational data modeling
• Self-directed and async-capable; you move fast without waiting for specs to be handed to you
• Familiarity with cloud-hosted infrastructure (GCP preferred, AWS or Azure fine)
• Genuine interest in healthcare — you want to build things that matter to real patients and clinicians
• Based in Austin, TX or willing to relocate; prior startup experience helpful

Responsibilities

• Own the web and mobile frontend, including React and React Native surfaces used by clinicians and patients
• Write backend APIs and independently navigate the Python codebase
• Ship end to end without handing off work to someone else
• Work directly with the CTO
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team
