Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate and current information for each patient on assigned unit(s).
• Assists Dietitian with monitoring of patients on special diets and communicating with diet staff.
• Assists patients with menu selections and works with Food and Nutrition Department to assemble meals and deliver to patients.
• Adheres to organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
• Picks up other duties as assigned.
