Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a full-time Patient Services Lead at University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital in Lexington, KY. The role coordinates patient meal service, supports special requests, and ensures staff are trained to deliver compassionate dining experiences.

Working three 12-hour shifts and one 6-hour shift weekly, the position requires prior food service or patient dining experience, offers benefits, and pays $23.00–$25.00 per hour with 401k and PTO.

Qualifications

• Previous food service and/or patient dining experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families and staff.
• Familiarity with HIPAA policies and patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversees patient meal service and ensures timely tray delivery.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure quality service.
• Assist with menu selections for allergies, cultural, and dietary needs.
• Coordinate with nursing and culinary teams for patient dining.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and health/sanitation standards.
• Maintain daily reporting and conduct team meetings.
