Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is hiring a Patient Services Lead at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Alliance in Fort Worth, TX. The role is full-time with a fixed pay rate of $21.00 per hour. Online applications are accepted only.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and operation and maintenance instructions.
• Aptitude for effectively operating hospital’s admission, discharge and transfer (ADT) system, and other computer-based systems, which manage patient care records.
• The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and push food delivery carts; reasonable accommodations available.

Responsibilities

• Oversees systems and processes to meet the program’s objectives.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure they provide services including menu selections, assembly, and tray delivery/pick-up.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team on menu alternatives for allergies, cultural, ethnic and religious preferences.
• Interact with nursing and evaluate daily patient meal selection, tray completion, delivery and retrieval processes.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and adhere to HACCP guidelines and health regulations.
