Job summary

Compass Healthcare is seeking dedicated Patient Dining Associates to join our team in Flowood, MS. The role involves assisting patients with menu selections and ensuring meal accuracy while providing excellent service.

This position offers a pay range of $14.00 to $15.00 per hour and includes various benefits for both full-time and part-time positions. No prior experience is needed as training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
• Willingness to follow facility's HIPAA policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in understanding their menu selections.
• Manage tray tickets and assemble meals according to patient orders.
• Communicate issues with patients to personnel in a timely manner.

Skills

Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English

Basic computer skills

Ability to lift or move up to 100 pounds
