Responsibilities

• Prepares hot and cold foods for patients and retail customers according to production sheets.
• Accurately follows standardized recipes and proper use of cooking and prep equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness, sanitation and order of work area and equipment; notifies supervisors of malfunctions.
• Cashiering, balances cash drawer, deposits, processes VISA/MasterCard/Discover/American Express charges and other cash handling duties.
• Takes customer orders, handles special orders, and provides courteous customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.
