Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient satisfaction by completing meal orders, assembling and distributing trays, and retrieving trays.
• Maintain clear communication with dietitians, nursing staff, and OhioHealth associates.
• Interact professionally with patients, visitors, and staff to meet service standards.
• Clean and stock work stations, pods, and kitchen areas as assigned.
• Operate department software to enter orders, print reports, and generate labels.
