Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a customer service focused position required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality, order accuracy, & timely delivery of patient trays.
• Provide 'Information About Your Diet' education materials.
• Distribute diet-specific menu and explain room service program/ordering process.
• Assist patients who are unable to select a menu.
• Complete floor stock and address dietary-related needs for assigned unit.
• Maintain high communication level with patient, visitor and hospital staff.
