We are hiring immediately for a full-time PATIENT DINING ASSOCIATE (DIETARY AIDE) position at Memorial Hermann Cypress Hospital, located at 27800 Northwest Freeway, Cypress, TX 77433. Online applications are accepted only.

Pay Range: $15.00 to $18.94 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist patients with menu selections, ensuring dietary restrictions and preferences are respected.
2. Coordinate with nursing and culinary teams to manage food allergies, sensitivities, and cultural preferences.
3. Manage tray tickets, assemble meals accurately, and retrieve trays in a timely manner.
4. Comply with all regulatory standards, including HIPAA, JCAHO, and food safety guidelines (HACCP).
5. Support dietitians in monitoring patients on special diets.
6. Communicate patient concerns promptly and document reports as required.
7. Follow sanitation and infection control policies.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to lift or move up to 100 pounds and maneuver food carts.
