Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing to meet nutritional needs.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team on menu alternatives for allergies and preferences.
• Manage tray tickets and assemble meals accurately and timely for each patient.
• Follow HIPAA, HACCP, sanitation and infection control policies.
• Support dietitians in monitoring patients on special diets and convey concerns promptly.
• Complete daily, weekly or monthly reports as required.
