Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service with attentive, one-on-one interaction.
• Oversees and participates in food and beverage preparation and service per company standards.
• Assists in menu planning.
• Ensures timely, efficient meal service and supervises meal service.
• Responds to complaints in person and via email.
• Trains employees and coordinates work to promote efficiency and excellence.
• Determines work procedures, schedules and expedites workflow.
• Manages daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, payroll, timekeeping).
• Orders supplies from approved vendors.
• Ensures sanitation and safety of facility and staff.
• Develops sanitation schedules and adheres to cleaning protocols.
• Issues written and oral instructions.
• Selects and orients staff; oversees training.
