Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Centralized Diet Office Representative to support diet order processing and patient communications. You will input and verify diet orders in the menu software, generate tray tickets, and liaise with nursing and hospital departments to ensure accurate patient menus.

The role requires exceptional customer service, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required within 90 days of hire.
• Two years of customer service experience preferred, ideally in healthcare.
• Ability to multitask while using multiple computer programs; strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Answer calls with courtesy and resolve patient inquiries.
• Enter and verify patient diet orders in the menu software; generate tray tickets and nourishments.
• Coordinate with Food & Nutrition Services to ensure accurate diet orders and patient menus.
• Provide timely operating reports and maintain clear communication across departments.
