Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a health-care or food service setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Takes patient and guest orders for meal selections and ensures adherence to prescribed diets.
• Records data promptly and directs to the appropriate person or area.
• Coordinates with dietitians and nursing staff to support patient meal needs and special diets.
• Verifies diet orders and ensures accurate entry of allergies in the food service system.
