Greenwich Medical Spa (GMS) is an industry-leading, award-winning medical spa providing non-invasive cosmetic treatments. Established in 2005, GMS aims to inspire confidence and empower patients, employees, and communities.

We are seeking a part-time, energetic, and dedicated Patient Aesthetics Coordinator for our Greenwich, CT location, with assistance at Ridgefield as needed. This role is patient-facing, serving as the voice and face of the practice, greeting patients, and assisting in treatment rooms and with clinical providers.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Understand all services and products offered
  • Answer patient inquiries
  • Lead in the sale of products and services
  • Greet, educate, and assist patients with skin care products and treatments
  • Schedule appointments and process checkouts
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and treatment rooms
